Ducklings!
As part of their Science topic on life cycles, Year 5 received some duck eggs in an incubator. They were in charge of looking after them through the incubation period and once they had hatched. 4 hatched successfully and they were named Smartie, Dobby, Astrid and Puddle by the class. We aren't sure who enjoyed the experience more - the children or the adults! Especially Miss Rickard who looked after them over the weekend!
