MEET THE STAFF
A very warm welcome from the team! We are fortunate enough to be supported by Mrs Ford the school's SENCO who ensures we have the best provision to meet the needs of our Special Educational Needs pupils. We really are a family at Lakefield and as a staff we have many of our own children and grandchildren to keep us busy at home. Below is a little bit more about us. We genuinely are looking forward to meeting you.
Miss Francis - NURSERY MANAGER
'I love listening to children’s stories about their experiences using their amazing imaginations and building upon their ‘real life’ role-play ideas such as making ’dinner’ in the mud kitchen or ’driving to the supermarket’ using the cars. It's great to watch their achievements and be a part of their early stages of learning, supporting them along the way!'
LISA COOK - Deputy Manager
'I love to cook with children and enjoy seeing their faces when they enjoy what they’ve made with me. I love playing games inside and out and watching how this develops their abilities in so many areas. My love for animals definitely brushes off on to the children; showing care and compassion for all living things."

"I love to play games with the children both inside and outside as this develops many areas such as their patience, their counting and strategies. I love to cook with children too; they often chat away whilst doing so which makes for some interesting conversations!"

"I love to sing with the children and know songs about almost everything! I love to listen to new music from all around the world with children too. I enjoy art and can help you paint some beautiful pictures!"
